Refund policy

At Surge Studio, every canvas is made to order. We take quality seriously 
and want you to love what goes on your wall.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REPLACEMENT
We offer a free replacement if:
- The product arrives with a manufacturing defect
- The print is visibly damaged or distorted
- The frame is broken or structurally compromised upon delivery

To raise a claim, email us at support@surgestudio.in within 24 hours of 
delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Claims 
raised after 24 hours of the delivery timestamp will not be eligible.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
- Change of mind or personal dislike of the artwork
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer
- Minor colour variation due to screen brightness or resolution differences 
  (printed colours may differ slightly from what you see on screen — this 
  is not a defect)
- Damage caused after delivery

PREPAID ORDERS
If a replacement is not feasible, a full refund will be issued to your 
original payment method within 7–9 business days.

COD ORDERS
Not supported currently

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing 
support@surgestudio.in. Once the order has moved to production, 
cancellation is not possible.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and a correction is 
needed after dispatch, a fee of ₹150 + GST will apply. If the order is 
returned to origin due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery 
attempts, re-dispatch will require payment of the forward shipping charge.
