Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are custom-made. Please allow 3–5 business days for 
production before dispatch.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery within India: 5–9 business days after dispatch, 
depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders faster.

SHIPPING PARTNERS
We ship via reputed courier partners. A tracking link will be sent to 
your registered email and phone once your order is dispatched.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before payment.

REMOTE LOCATIONS
Delivery to certain remote pin codes may take longer or incur additional 
charges. We will contact you if this applies to your order.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it immediately 
before opening and contact us at support@surgestudio.in within 24 hours 
of delivery.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your address before placing an order. Address 
corrections after dispatch will incur a charge of ₹150 + GST.
