PRODUCTS
All products are made to order. Product images are representative — 
minor colour variations due to screen settings are inherent to the 
printing process and do not constitute a defect.

PRICING
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes 
unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without 
prior notice.

ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right 
to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil 
it for any reason.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artwork, designs, and content on this website are the property of 
Surge Studio / Rudransh Hive Enterprises. Reproducing or distributing 
any content without written permission is prohibited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Surge Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or 
consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be 
subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
